Infant Lead Teacher

Lead Teacher – Infant Program The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking responsible, dependable, motivated, and caring individuals for a full‑time Lead Teacher position in our Infant program. Our state‑of‑the‑art 20,000‑sq. ft. building includes 10 classrooms, a half‑court gym, a gross‑motor room, and three separate playgrounds. Responsibilities Follow state and Goddard regulations, implement classroom management using developmentally appropriate practices, work with assistant teachers to carry out lesson plans in academic and enrichment subjects, communicate with parents, and maintain an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 25 pounds, sustain a high level of activity, and bend, stoop, and sit on the floor. Qualifications Minimum one year of experience in a center or group atmosphere, a CDA or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, excellent communication skills, creativity, strong work ethic, positive energy, and enthusiasm for early childhood education. Teamwork and customer‑service focus required.
