Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head – Dishwasher Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is hiring a Dishwasher to join our team! The dishwasher is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with the overall dining program and execution of all aspects of the culinary experience for the property, from daily operation of the restaurant to catering and special events. The dishwasher will provide an exceptionally clean facility/operation for all residents and team members, maintaining and cleaning all areas of the operation as required or assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef on a daily basis. The dishwasher is expected to adhere to FSR standards and practices and authentically deliver the Latitude Margaritaville Lifestyle. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities Operate the industrial dishwasher Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary Empty and clean all trash receptacles Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources Clean dish storage Follow sanitation policies at all times Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times Perform opening, closing and side work assigned Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to appropriate party Education High school graduate or GED preferred Experience Excellent oral communication skills required Positive interpersonal skills required 1–2 years prior experience in a similar position Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities Friendly demeanor Ability to stand for a long time and move quickly Communication skills (listening, verbal and written) Must be able to bend, stoop and reach, twist Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Use labeling and storage of chemicals Organizational skills Attention to detail Problem solving skills Common sense Team player but can work independently Compensation/Work Schedule $18.00 per hour Full‑time Evening & weekend availability required Disclaimer This is not an all‑inclusive job description; therefore, management has the right to assign or reassign schedules, duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
