This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Daylight shifts available with flexible start times. On-call required every 3rd-4th weekend and one day during the week. Half-day shifts may occur on Saturdays.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for operating MRI equipment and performing scans while ensuring patient safety and comfort. A focus on breast imaging and biopsy procedures is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI procedures with a focus on breast imaging.
• Maintain consistent communication with patients regarding procedures.
• Ensure accurate imaging and documentation according to protocols.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and workspace cleanliness and safety.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum qualifications include ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification.
• Valid state licensure as required.
• Experience with Siemens MRI equipment is preferred.
• Skills in breast imaging and biopsy techniques are essential.
