Assistant Store Manager – Pop-Up | Part-Time
\nLocation: UTC Westfield Mall – San Diego, CA 92122
\nPay: $38/hr
\nSchedule: 20–25 hours/week | Flexible availability preferred
\nAssignment: November 1 – December 29
\nTraining: Begins the last week of October
\nWe’re seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support a seasonal pop-up location at UTC Westfield Mall. This is a great opportunity for a strong retail leader who can support daily store operations, drive sales, and help lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
\nResponsibilities:

- Support the Store Manager with daily store operations \n
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals \n
- Deliver an elevated customer experience \n
- Assist with training and coaching associates \n
- Support inventory, shipments, and stockroom operations \n
- Maintain visual and operational standards \n
- Help ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently \n
Qualifications:

- Previous Assistant Store Manager or retail leadership experience \n
- Strong sales and customer service skills \n
- Excellent communication and organizational skills \n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment \n
- Flexible availability, with the ability to work weekends and holidays \n
