Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care in the operating room with a 1:1 ratio. Coordinate surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including General, Ortho, Neuro, and more. Respond to on-call needs promptly with a requirement to stay within a 20-minute callback time. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, including the Universal Protocol for time outs. Demonstrate competence with surgical systems and tools, such as Da Vinci Xi and Mako Surgical System. Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic charting system during each shift. Qualifications Valid RN license in Washington or Compact state. Minimum of 1 year OR circulating experience required. Previous experience with Epic charting system essential. Experience with trauma and interdisciplinary support teams preferred. On-call availability, including one weeknight per week and one weekend every 6 weeks. BLS certification required.
