S Koshy Insurance Agency Inc. is seeking an experienced insurance professional with an active Property and Casualty, Personal Lines, or Life and Health License to support agency operations, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service to individuals, families, and business owners.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys building client relationships, supporting sales growth, developing people, and contributing to a successful agency.
As part of a Farmers Insurance agency, you'll have the opportunity to work with clients, support agency growth, and develop your skills in insurance sales, customer service, and leadership.

About the Role
You'll support day-to-day agency operations while contributing to sales growth, client retention, and team development.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of P&C insurance, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach. You should be comfortable identifying client needs, discussing coverage options, developing relationships, and working toward agency goals.
What You'll Do
Agency Operations & Leadership
Support daily agency operations and business objectives.
Help coach and develop team members.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.
Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Help implement sales and customer service strategies.
Sales & Business Development
Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct insurance needs assessments.
Recommend appropriate P&C insurance coverage based on client needs.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients.
Contribute to agency sales and retention goals.
Client Service
Provide professional and responsive customer service.
Conduct policy reviews and identify additional coverage needs.
Address customer questions and concerns.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Help ensure a positive experience throughout the customer relationship.
Professional Development
Participate in ongoing product, sales, and leadership training.
Stay current on insurance products, industry developments, and applicable requirements.
Continue developing your sales, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications
Required
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License — required
Active Life & Health Insurance License
1–5 years of insurance sales, agency operations, or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Professional demeanor
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Previous insurance sales or agency experience
Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a team
Personal lines, commercial lines, or multi-line insurance experience
Business development or account management experience
Interest in developing long-term agency leadership skills
Important Licensing Requirement: An active P&C license is required for this position. A Life & Health license is a preferred additional qualification and cannot be used in place of the required P&C license .
