You don’t need to be a master at both, but you should be comfortable:
Diagnosing HVAC systems
Handling common plumbing service calls

What You’ll Be Doing
Residential HVAC service, diagnostics, and repair
Plumbing service work, including:
Water heaters
Drain issues
General plumbing repairs

Running efficient, professional service calls
Communicating clearly with homeowners
