Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing communications, and ensuring excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately receive and process customer orders using company systems
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and customer inquiries
• Communicate professionally with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist with freight coordination, shipping, and scheduling
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies or customer concerns
• Follow established communication procedures and company guidelines
• Identify customer needs and provide thoughtful, effective solutions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
• Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile

Physical Demands & Requirements
Physical Effort : Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Position involves a combination of stationary work and frequent movement throughout the facility and across multiple levels.
