In this role, you'll engage deeply in evaluations, assessments, and IEP development—making a tangible impact on the lives of K-12 students. Qualifications & Desired Skills: Valid licensure and certification as a School Psychologist in Illinois Demonstrated experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive reports Proven background in developing and participating in IEP meetings Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage a diverse caseload in a school environment Key Responsibilities: Conduct cognitive, behavioral, and academic evaluations to inform student needs Interpret data and results for IEP teams, ensuring accommodations and interventions align with individual student profiles Consult with teachers, administrators, and family members to support students’ educational and emotional well-being Provide crisis intervention and evidence-based counseling as needed Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to timelines for evaluations and re-evaluations As part of this vibrant team, you'll find a collaborative workplace culture where your skills are celebrated and your growth is encouraged.
