Regional Manager

The Regional Manager will be responsible for the oversight of multiple fitness clubs, consistently driving revenue and overall operations to ensure an exceptional member experience as well as a financially successful club. The Regional Manager will be accountable for leading a team of general managers in a positive, motivating manner with continuous assistance in operational, financial and staff training and development. This position requires a leader who is results-oriented and committed to quality service.

Essential duties and responsibilities include ensuring the region is fully staffed, partnering with general managers for personal development, driving revenue, working cross functionally with other regional team members and marketing, maximizing member retention, managing expense goals, ensuring cleanliness and education, understanding local competition, recruiting and training new general managers, promoting CLUB4 Fitness within the communities, and managing team members to ensure strong communication.

Qualifications include being hard working, goal oriented, and energetic with a solid work ethic and strong decision-making skills. The candidate should have superior customer service skills, solid supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills, and both detail and results-oriented with high degree of professionalism and organizational skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, time management and analytical skills are also required. The candidate should possess a working knowledge of purchasing/sales web-based programming and fitness software, be computer proficient, and have a strong track record of successfully executing on directives and meeting key strategic initiatives.
