About the Role
As a Caregiver with My Family Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You will provide high-quality personal care and assistance to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Assisting with daily living activities , such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management
• Supporting with mobility and transfers , including walking, standing, and using assistive devices
• Encouraging and promoting client independence , through personalized care and support
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
Responsibilities
As a Caregiver with My Family Home Care, you will be responsible for:
• Providing exceptional care and support to our clients, respecting their individual needs, preferences, and values
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participating in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge
