Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license, or current eligibility for California licensure under the Occupational Therapy Practice Act.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in pediatric therapy, emphasizing developmental disabilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively within educational settings.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills, particularly in teaming with fellow educators and engaging with families.
• Available for onsite work exclusively; remote or hybrid options are not included for this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions to students, focusing on developmental and educational needs.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized programs in coordination with school staff and families.
• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary meetings, providing insights and expertise to support student progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation of student evaluations, progress notes, and treatment goals in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Serve as a reliable resource for educators and parents regarding strategies and techniques to promote student independence and participation.
