Assistant Wellness Salon Manager

Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff, including coaching and counseling. Schedule and assign employees, following up on work results. Monitor controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and other expenses to achieve financial objectives. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and maintain salon stability and reputation. Assign tasks to keep salons clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready. Build rapport with customers, establishing loyalty and long‑term relationships. Create a positive, motivating, team‑based environment. Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits. Safeguard and account for all money received, including handling banking requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in a retail or customer‑service environment. One year of supervisory experience. Ability to positively influence others. Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day. Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance. Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
