About the Role At Tommy Bahama, whether you’re behind the bar, in the kitchen, or out front with our guests, you’ll be part of a team that’s growing fast and helping shape the next wave of our restaurants across the country. Key Responsibilities Participate in a professional team environment that promotes sales and service success. Possess complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus – including ingredients, preparation methods and presentation. Practice proper cash handling and proper operation of the point‑of‑sale system. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment for all team members and guests. Perform other essential duties as assigned to support the restaurant. Requirements Lift and/or move approximately 50 pounds frequently. Bending, stooping or kneeling required – frequently. Routine standing for the duration of the shift. Safely maneuver equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine tools and other utensils provided to complete work.
