We are currently seeking a dedicated, hardworking optometrist to join this private practice in a full-time or part-time role. Job Description: Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health, averaging 20 patients a day. Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs. Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility. Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient care and a positive work environment. About the Practice: Six examination lanes equipped with Marco AR and computerized refraction systems for precise diagnostics. A dedicated testing room for advanced diagnostics. A pretesting room designed for efficiency. A laser room featuring a YAG/SLT combination laser, offering a wide range of treatment options. Access to advanced imaging tools, including Spectralis OCT with AF, Optos California AF, Diopsys VEP, and RetEVAL ERG. A specialized testing team available to assist with advanced procedures such as myopia management and meibography. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per year Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000 over a 5-year term Bonus Structure: Earnings based on collections beyond a base minimum, with no maximum limit - our average is 16 collections!
