Radiologic Technologist

This is a part-time position to cover a maternity leave for 12 weeks. You will be required to work independently in the operating room and fluoroscopy. The schedule will include working Monday, Tuesday, Saturday on the weekend of your rotation, and Sunday, Monday, Tuesday the following week. Additional shifts may be available if you wish to work beyond the contracted hours. The facility is a small community hospital with 64 licensed beds. It is open 24/7/365. Patient types include inpatient, outpatient, emergency department, and operating room. Conventional PPE, including N95 masks, will be provided. You will be supported by department supervisors and other techs within radiology. The charting system experience preferred is EPIC. The facility utilizes GE and Canon/Fuji portable X-ray equipment. There is no floating between units required for this position. You will receive a thorough introduction on your first day to gain access and complete necessary modules and then will precept with a core tech for the next 2-3 days to learn department flow. Scheduling includes a weekend rotation every third weekend, which may vary based on needs. Professional scrub color is required.
