Growth Marketing Director - remote opportunity

For our client, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Director to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive growth strategy for a healthcare-focused membership business, with primary ownership of member acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. The Director will shape omnichannel marketing plans that improve engagement across the customer journey while supporting aggressive growth objectives. This position will also partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, optimize performance, and translate insights into measurable business results.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $114,800–$160,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive member acquisition and revenue growth
• Develop quarterly growth strategies aligned to objectives
• Identify new opportunities that integrate cross-functional priorities
• Collaborate with diverse teams to support growth initiatives
• Manage omnichannel marketing strategies for member engagement
• Lead CRM strategies to boost retention and upsell campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics to guide growth decisions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in growth or subscription marketing
• Proven success scaling subscription models in wellness or healthcare
• Expertise in paid media and lifecycle marketing
• Track record of meeting aggressive revenue goals
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and marketing automation
