We are seeking a dependable, organized, and tech-savvy Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our immigration law office. Responsibilities Greet clients and assist with general inquiries Scan, upload, organize, and maintain client documents Schedule appointments and manage calendars Process incoming and outgoing mail Communicate with clients in Spanish and English Enter and update information in our case-management system Assist attorneys and staff with daily administrative tasks Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not necessary Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things Proficient with email, document scanning, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Professional, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Experience in a law firm or immigration office is a plus but not necessary This is an in-office position . #J-18808-Ljbffr
