Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.Job Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:Follow, comply, and enforce all operational procedures/policies as stated in the employee Environmental Health and Safety programs (Magna and OSHA Standards).Safely position forks/ lifting platform under, over, or around loaded racks and transport load to designated area.Use knowledge of principles of operating safety rules and practices.Use truck stability factors with and without a load.Consistently perform proper pre-shift inspection every shift.Follow good housekeeping practices.Follow all safety rules and regulations.Ability to scan, label, reconcile.Demonstrate knowledge of parking and shut down procedures.Demonstrate knowledge of process flow in Flow Rack system.Capable of being cross-trained as needed in respected department.Perform other duties as required.POSITION REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION:High School Diploma or GED requiredWORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING:Hold or obtain a valid driver’s license. Current forklift license to be obtained within 1 week of hired.
