Key Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies focused on speed, quality, diversity, and candidate experience.
• Proactively source talent using creative strategies and grassroots efforts.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to align workforce needs with tailored solutions.
• Act as market expert by advising on talent trends, competitor practices, and sourcing strategies.
• Drive employer branding to position the client as an employer of choice.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Optimize recruitment tools to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle including intake, interviews, and debriefs.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor peers and share industry insights.
• Influence stakeholders through strategic consultation.
• Participate in branding campaigns and community outreach to strengthen pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• HR or Recruiting Certifications
• Spanish
