As a Harry’s Front of House Team Member, your job is to help create an exceptional guest experience with the mentality of 100% Guest Satisfaction. 100% of the Time. You will provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service while working alongside your team to ensure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. Your goal is to create an experience that makes every guest want to come back.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, welcoming, and professional service to every guest.
• Follow all company service standards, procedures, and expectations to ensure a consistent guest experience.
• Assist guests with questions regarding menu items, beverages, specials, and other offerings as appropriate to your position.
• Accurately communicate guest needs, requests, and concerns to the appropriate team members or management.
• Work collaboratively with other Front of House and Back of House team members to provide efficient and seamless service.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, specials, promotions, and restaurant operations relevant to your position.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready work environment throughout each shift.
• Protect the establishment and guests by following all sanitation, safety, food handling, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Anticipate guest and team needs and take initiative to provide assistance when needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of 8+ hours.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
