HR-Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for managing HR activities and functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager plays a critical role in shaping the organizational culture and promoting employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations. Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding personnel issues. Handle employee performance management, including evaluations and disciplinary actions. Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, and compensation programs. Facilitate training and development programs to promote employee growth. Monitor employee engagement and develop strategies to improve workplace satisfaction. Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices and policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
