Licensed Practical Nurse — Long Term Care, Bennington, Vermont (US). Start date 08/12/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,522–$1,602. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: Night shift 23:00–07:30, five nights per week; weekends required. Setting: skilled nursing facility. This is a travel temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents per established care plans and policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor and document patient status and changes.
- Monitor vital signs, assess for adverse events, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and update care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Complete accurate shift handoffs and maintain thorough clinical documentation; uphold infection prevention and standard precautions.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
- Availability to work night shifts (23:00–07:30) and weekends.
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment and to travel to the assignment location.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
