Product Engineer
Realm, Inc
The platform uses AI agents to automate the most painful parts of on-call and SRE work, so engineering teams spend their time building, not firefighting. It has got strong investor backing, real revenue, and a product that customers genuinely love.
The company is hiring 2–3 Product Engineers to own meaningful parts of the stack as they scale.
The role
This isn't a ticket-taker position. You'll own features end to end; from data models to React interfaces, work directly with customers, and help shape where the product goes. The platform moves fast, ships constantly, and expects you to bring product instincts alongside engineering ability.
What you'll do
- Take ambiguous problems and break them into shippable milestones
- Build across the full stack (backend, APIs, frontend) without needing to be handed a spec
- Work directly with customers to understand pain points and close the loop on what you ship
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and GTM
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of full-stack experience, with a track record of delivering end to end
- Strong in TypeScript, React, Postgres, and NestJS
- Startup experience: you've dealt with ambiguity, worn multiple hats, and shipped under pressure
- Product thinking, not just engineering execution
Strong bonus
- Experience building agentic or AI-native products
- Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or observability
- Prior founding engineer, tech lead, or PM experience
Location & setup
In-office (up to 5 days) in NYC. This is not a remote role.
Compensation
Highly competitive base + meaningful equity. Pay is at or above market for top AI infrastructure talent.
