Job Summary and Qualifications

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Required Education: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) along with an active RN license and certifications in BLS and First Aid.

Required License: Valid RN license.

Required Experience: At least one year of experience working with elderly or frail populations.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of three years in nursing management within a community-based setting is preferred.

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
  • Registered Nurse designation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
