Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Home Health experience with high-volume caseloads (no exceptions)
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health travel experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• General travel nursing experience alone is not sufficient
• Active BLS certification required
• Active RN license required at the time of submission

Special Requirements

• Recent OASIS experience required
• Candidates must complete an OASIS exam prior to interview consideration
• Review OASIS E11 before taking the exam
• Exam topics include Mobility (G Section, GG Section, and M18)

Assignment Details

• Shift starts at 8:00 AM
• Weekend requirement: Every 4 weeks
• On-call required
• Local candidates accepted
• No radius restrictions

Coverage Area

• Los Angeles County
• Typical travel radius: 5-20 miles

Reimbursements

• Mileage reimbursed according to current IRS guidelines

This position is best suited for an experienced Home Health traveler with strong OASIS knowledge and recent experience managing high-volume patient caseloads independently.
