The position involves extensive cable splicing work with long hours. Candidates should be prepared to work 70-90 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and every other weekend.Key Responsibilities:Perform cable splicing tasks in a fast-paced environment.Be available for on-call duties.Requirements:Location: Must reside in Andrews, TX or Odessa, TX due to on-call responsibilities.Education: High School Diploma or GED required.Experience: Prior cable shop experience is a plus but not mandatory.Training: We provide hands-on training for candidates with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.Note that if you get hired you must undergo a background check, a driving records check and a drug screening.
