Responsibilities Cook and prepare all kitchen menu items to high quality standards. Prepare, assemble, and present food in a high‑volume restaurant environment. Maintain a clean and organized back‑of‑house kitchen and follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring food quality. Qualifications Minimum 1+ year of restaurant cooking experience (preferred but not required). Experience in back‑of‑house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook roles. Team‑oriented with a passion to succeed. Age 18 or older. Eligible to work in the United States.
