Aequor Healthcare is seeking LVNs for the Lubbock State Supported Living Center in Lubbock, TX . This position involves providing nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a structured long-term care setting. Responsibilities:
• Medication administration
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Provide basic treatments and nursing care
• Respond to medical and behavioral needs
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support patient care Requirements:
• Active LVN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• IDD, behavioral health, long-term care, or clinic experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working in a state-supported living environment
