We are looking for a dependable and compassionate Clinic Receptionist for our UCF Health East Orlando Clinic who can provide exceptional customer service to our patients while supporting the overall operations of the clinic. Job Summary We are seeking a Clinic Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, managing phone calls, providing patient and physician support/services in an efficient and friendly manner. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer service role. Responsibilities Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Collects copayments, deductibles, and other office visit charges. Screens phone calls and direct them appropriately. Takes messages and provides information, answers questions regarding patient appointments Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Maintain patient records and update information as needed. Assist with administrative tasks as assigned. Skills/Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
