Retail Store Manager - Lead People & KPIs

Road Runner Sports in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead store performance and develop a high-energy team. You will own KPIs, coach the Assistant Manager and team leads, and partner with the leadership team to drive revenue and customer experience. This role requires 5+ years in retail with accountability management, strong communication, scheduling, merchandising, and travel up to 10%.
