Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and relational issues.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families, offering guidance in addressing complex dynamics and improving communication skills.

• Providing individual therapy, ensuring each client has a tailored approach that respects their unique experiences and aspirations.

• Developing and implementing treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals in our clinic to provide coordinated care to clients with concurrent health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families from San Francisco and the surrounding areas. We have extensive experience working with various issues such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Proven track record of building rapport with clients through empathy, active listening, and effective communication.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism in all client interactions and documentation.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have:
