Sr. Marketing Specialist – Power Providers Date: May 21, 2026 Location: Overland Park, KS, US Company: Black & Veatch Family of Companies The Opportunity As the Sr. Marketing Specialist – Power Providers, you will support and lead enterprise marketing initiatives to position the Black & Veatch brand and promote our portfolio of solutions, driving pipeline growth through qualified leads. The Team The Enterprise Evolution team focuses on identifying market opportunities and coordinating client-facing and growth efforts. This role works closely with senior leaders and builds strategic marketing expertise. Key Responsibilities Manage implementation of enterprise marketing strategy. Coordinate with functional teams to execute campaigns. Support client-facing marketing activities, including industry events, association engagement, and coordination with account teams. Manage event and campaign deliverables with our creative, marketing communications, social media, digital, and analytics teams (including booth, signage, social, collateral, content, and more). Ensure brand integrity across client-facing efforts. Track association engagement and impact. Manage, analyze, and qualify lead generation results in conjunction with Marketing Lead and Demand Generation teams. Understand the impact of campaign efforts and adjust accordingly. Develop, track, and report on KPIs. What You Will Get Build best-in-class executional marketing skills across a variety of campaigns and events. Strong track record of managing marketing campaigns day-to-day within a complex and matrixed B2B environment, particularly in a services industry. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns, events, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills—ability to effectively work across diverse teams and geographic locations is a must. Understand integrated marketing mix to support digital and traditional marketing efforts. Customer-first mentality in how we market and promote our services and offerings. Continuously explores new and innovative ways to deliver smarter, more effective campaigns, including with AI. Execution-focused mindset, with exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with energy markets preferred. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field; or equivalent experience Experience: 6+ years related experience.
