About the Position
A well-regarded hospital in Virginia is seeking CRNAs to join their anesthesia team. This position offers flexible scheduling options of 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts and no call requirements, supporting a strong work-life balance.
The opportunity includes highly competitive compensation, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, and premium pay of $200/hour for additional shifts. Providers also receive a comprehensive benefits package and generous PTO totaling approximately 8-9 weeks annually.
Located in a family-friendly community with convenient access to the Blue Ridge Mountains, the area offers abundant outdoor recreation, including hiking, biking, and scenic weekend getaways, while still providing access to nearby metro areas.
