Position Summary Learning Business Process as a Service (LBPaaS) helps enterprises operate and continuously improve learning programs through managed services, technology, and global delivery capabilities. As a Senior Consultant, Learning Operations Managed Services, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of managed learning operations for large enterprise clients. You will coordinate operational activities across learning administration, content development, reporting, vendor management, and service performance management. You will work with client stakeholders and global delivery teams to apply structured delivery practices, artificial intelligence (AI), and automation to improve service quality and learner outcomes. The Learning Business Process as a Service team delivers end-to-end managed learning operations across enterprise learning and development, customer education, and partner enablement. Using Deloitte’s global delivery footprint and an ecosystem of technology and delivery partners, we help clients improve learner impact and business outcomes. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree4+ years of experience delivering learning operations, managed services, or business process outsourcing services for external clients, including 2+ years of experience in a consulting or client-service environment2+ years of experience delivering enterprise learning operations that included at least two of the following: learning administration, content development, helpdesk support, vendor management, or service-performance reporting1+ years of experience supporting a managed-services delivery workstream that included operational reporting, service performance management, or vendor management1+ years of experience applying AI or automation to learning operations, including content authoring, workflow automation, or analyticsAbility to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred: Master’s degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA)1+ years of experience using learning management system (LMS) or human capital management (HCM) platforms1+ years of experience supporting customer education, partner enablement, certification, or credentialing programs1+ years of experience working with a global delivery team that included offshore or nearshore resources1+ years of experience preparing managed-services performance reports or service-level agreement reporting The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
