Ui/Ux Front-End Developer/Designer Specialist
The NC Department of Transportation Web Services group is seeking a UI/UX Front-End Developer/Designer Specialist for its public facing myDMV site. The person will be responsible for responsive page design, graphic asset design/development, Front-End Development with JavaScript and CSS, wireframes, creation of UI elements, and creation of layout templates based on the needs of the NCDOT Ferry unit. This contractor should have extensive experience creating public facing marketing websites, graphic editing, responsive design for all platforms, and page performance. The contractor should also be familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud, Visual Studio Code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, and using these tools together to manipulate the DOM.
