Duration : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $35 - $40/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking an entry-level to early-career Financial Analyst with experience in the banking domain to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have prior experience with BMO and are looking to support client projects through business analysis, data research, and insight generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Entry-level to early-career financial analysis experience
Prior BMO experience and banking domain knowledge
Proficiency in using AI tools and basic analytics to identify trends and improve workflows
Ability to prepare reports and presentations
Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Business Analysis
Knowledge in Data Analytics & Insights
Experience with ignio AIOps and Financial Planning & Analysis

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Support client projects through basic business analysis, data research, and insight generation
Use AI tools and analytics basics to identify trends and improve workflows
Prepare reports and presentations and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, learning-driven environment
