Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr We are in search of NURSE PRACTITIONERS to join our growing TEAM. WILLING TO TRAIN! Must have a current CA NP license. Busy Oncology and Hematology Clinic, no experience required and willing to train. Must have good communication skills. Caring and positive attitude. The position will work closely with our physicians in overseeing/managing our patient's care. We are an independent INFUSION center and have been in the San Joaquin area for more than 30 years. We have 5 offices, Lodi, Stockton, Manteca, Modesto, and Tracy. Looking to fill positions that can travel between our Modesto and Manteca locations. We strive to provide the highest quality of care to our patients who are fighting for their lives. Functions independently to perform age-appropriate history and physical for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill perioperative patients. Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient’s age-specific needs. Prescribes appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities Implements interventions to support the patient to regain or maintain physiologic stability, including but not limited to serving in the first assisting role. Monitors the effectiveness of interventions. Facilitates the patient’s transition within and between health care settings, e.g. admitting, transferring, and discharging patients. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals. Facilitates staff, patient and family decision making by providing educational tools. Flexible work week of 4.5 days Working alongside 8 oncologists, 5 NP’s and 3 PA's We have multiple locations-5 locations in the Central Valley to potentially work from Opportunity for mentoring and growth Chemotherapy education Stable and growing independent oncology practice Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program Current Nurse Practitioner certification in specialty area Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); PALS provider card as required by department and facility Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Eligible for hospital privileges Attractive sign on bonus 401k and profit sharing plans Annual CME /business expense allowance Full health insurance premium covered at 100% (Kaiser or Blue Cross Plans) Performance and sign on bonus Relocation assistance Medical/Dental/Vision offered Experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience in theNurse Practitioner role preferred but not required.
