Santa Teresa, New Mexico: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Field Construction Manager to provide leadership, coordination, and oversight of on-site industrial construction operations.

Essential Duties:

• Provide leadership, coordination, and oversight of on-site construction operations and supporting functions, including HSE, Quality, Material Management, Procurement, Construction Engineering, and Project Controls.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Construction Execution Plan, WBS, construction schedule, resource requirements, equipment plans, and progress forecasts.

• Lead site teams in executing projects safely, efficiently, and successfully.

• Monitor project costs, schedules, productivity, and progress; identify variances and implement corrective actions.

• Review contracts, project scopes, drawings, specifications, and other documentation to ensure construction requirements are understood and properly executed.

• Coordinate procurement, delivery, and issuance of equipment and bulk materials in accordance with project schedules.

• Develop subcontractor scopes of work, evaluate bids, and provide recommendations for subcontract awards.

• Participate in constructability reviews, project meetings, scope development, bidding activities, and client meetings.

• Support change orders, cost analysis, project reporting, and forecasting.

• Maintain strong communication and working relationships with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure work is performed in accordance with company policies, industry standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.

Requirements/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of industrial construction experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of direct construction supervision experience.

• EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Ability to build effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and diverse project teams.

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively toward project and company objectives.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Sit for extended periods of time.

• Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend.

• Frequently use hands and arms to reach, grasp, manipulate, and handle objects.

• Ability to perform physical activities necessary to work effectively in a construction site environment.
