A growing organization in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a 2nd Shift Agent Relationship Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The 2nd Shift Agent Relationship Admin will help ensure requests, documentation, records, and time-sensitive transactions are handled accurately and professionally. Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound phone calls and email communications from customers, agents, and business partners.
- Process electronic documentation, customer records, and transaction details in internal systems.
- Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate requests between internal departments and external contacts to support efficient issue resolution.
- Review and process time-sensitive transactions according to established procedures.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts to deliver responsive service.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Mount Pleasant, SC.
- Schedule: 2nd shift.
- Monday-Friday hours: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Saturday-Sunday hours: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Rotating schedule: Work 4 days, then enjoy 2 days off.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as part of the rotating schedule.
