Human Resources GeneralistPrideStaff is working with a large manufacturing facility in search of an experienced Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will support company-wide employee groups by managing key HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, and policy implementation. As a member of a cross-functional team, this role focuses on enhancing organizational performance through compliance monitoring, training programs, and effective benefits administration.
