As a Team Member, there are many ways your work will help to achieve KFC's goal, whether your job is in food preparation, customer service, keeping the facilities clean, or whatever the job is that you may do, just know that what you do here matters! It matters to you, to your team, and to your customers. If you are looking for a job with convenient and flexible hours, the majority of our business happens during lunch and dinner hours. We do not serve breakfast, and, we do not operate late night hours. Your job here will allow you to have ample time to do the things you want to do outside of work.

Requirements: The good news is that your training will teach you what you need to know to be successful on the job. But there are a few skills you should have from the start:

• Be a fun and friendly person who values customers (Customers ARE who ultimately pays your paycheck!)
• Take absolute pride in everything you do!
• You must like and be able to talk to others, face-to-face, on a drive thru headset, and on the phone. (Texting is not a required skill.)
• You've got a good attitude! Be able to follow a work schedule set by the manager, be on time, and be ready to work upon arrival.
• Have a lot of energy!
• And you must be at least 16 years old.
