Certified Music Therapist Part Time

Overview Encore Music, a thriving and community-rooted music school with two locations, is excited to welcome a second Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) to our team! Our current therapist now has a full schedule five days a week, and demand continues to grow—we have a waitlist and are ready to expand! This is a rare opportunity to join a flourishing program and help even more students benefit from the healing power of music. You’ll receive guaranteed pay for 6 hours per day, 2 days a week to start, with guaranteed pay for both instruction and administrative time—plus a clear path to full-time as your caseload grows. Compensation Compensation Structure: $35/hour for direct instruction (up to 5.5 hours per day) and $22/hour for administrative duties (up to 3 hours per day). Total: 8-hour paid day (guaranteed 2 days/week with 6+ hours paid each day to start).
