Job Opportunity: Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon
Our organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon to become a part of our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for teaching within a collaborative, faith-oriented setting. We operate a bustling practice that includes over 20 orthopedic surgeons and trains 25 orthopedic surgery residents.
The Outpatient Rehabilitation center is situated at our East Campus, just 1.4 miles from the main medical facility. Our treatment areas are expansive, featuring an 8,000-square-foot orthopedic gym along with private treatment rooms.

Compensation & BenefitsExpected Total Annual Compensation: $525,000 - $640,000. This range includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is adjusted according to experience and faculty rank, is anticipated to be between $472,500 and $576,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
