Desired Background and Credentials:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience working with school-aged children, particularly at the elementary level
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech and language therapy interventions
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and progress monitoring

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individualized therapy to elementary students with diverse communication needs
• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
• Develop tailored intervention plans and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student growth
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports
• Support students in reaching their speech and language goals through a creative and encouraging approach
