Overview The Legal Division is seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to support strategic operations, budgeting, and key business initiatives. This role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, helping drive execution of divisional priorities, manage operational processes, and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives. The position offers significant exposure to Managing Directors and senior stakeholders across the firm. Key Responsibilities Support strategic and operational initiatives across the Legal Division Manage budgets, reporting, expense tracking, and related operational processes Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and executive communications for senior leadership Attend meetings on behalf of leadership, coordinate follow‑up actions, and drive accountability across multiple workstreams Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of priorities Lead and support special projects, research, analysis, and process improvement initiatives Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve controls Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience in business management, operations, legal administration, finance, project management, or a related field Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and interact effectively with senior stakeholders Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a legal, professional services, or corporate environment Experience supporting senior executives or business leaders Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and operational management Ideal Candidate A proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong business judgment, project management skills, and executive presence. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with senior leadership, managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and driving strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
