No closing at 11 and opening at 6. No getting sent home early when it's slow. Some are hard. The people who do well here stay steady either way.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED.You can hold a clear, confident conversation with a stranger.Comfortable with basic math — mostly percentages.Reliable high-speed internet.Fluent in Spanish?
