What You'll Do

• Provide bread-and-butter oral surgery, including extractions, third molars, and implants.
• Perform in-office anesthesia and sedation as the provider.
• Rotate across three established locations with a consistent home base 2-3 days per week.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring general dentists.
• Work closely with a skilled, experienced clinical and support team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $425,000
• Total compensation: Typically $425,000-$600,000+ annually with production incentives.
• Compensation structure: Base salary plus production-based incentive
• Ownership opportunity: Clear 1.5-2 year pathway to buy-in
