CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Franklin, MA. We are looking for reliable and compassionate caregivers who can provide personalized in-home support and help clients maintain their comfort and independence.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individual care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
