Startup Role — Logistics & Assembly Associate (Real Responsibility Day 1) Golden Hour Medical is a fast-growing medical device startup scaling nationwide. We built the only automated tourniquet designed to work like an AED — simple, fast, and built for real-world emergencies. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in how things are built, organized, and delivered, and wants to take ownership of the physical side of the business. What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for the core operational flow of the product: Assembly & Production Assemble AutoTQ units with precision and consistency Ensure all units meet quality standards before shipment Inventory & Organization Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse systems Track inventory and ensure accuracy at all times Logistics & Shipping Prepare and ship outgoing orders Track shipments and resolve any issues Coordinate incoming inventory and materials Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows Help build systems for tracking, labeling, and organization What We’re Looking For Detail-oriented and reliable Takes pride in clean, organized systems Hands-on and willing to figure things out Self-starter — doesn’t wait for instructions This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position.
